Shell Energy Stadium: Houston Dash vs. Portland Thorns

drumroll… and with this trip into Houston, we're at the halfway mark of the project, our seventh stadium research visit is complete after a trip to Shell Energy.

Overall, a fun stadium with tons of great local food options and we were lucky to find out it was "bring your dog to a game" night so there were lots of happy dogs around. Unfortunately, with the intense weather and flooding in the region, the crowds were pretty sparse and the game was delayed for two and a half hours, but it was still a fun night out on the pitch and great to see the Thorns tick off another win.
